Her 15 kills matched a season high, that she recorded against BYU, Sept. 3. The difference is she recorded 15 kills in four games against BYU, while getting the same amount in just three games against Ohio State.

She recorded a .458 hitting percentage with 12 kills and a career best 11 digs in a four-set win over Arkansas on Aug. 27. On Sept. 9, Bush recorded a career high 17 kills in a five-set win over Cal Poly. After her first five matches of the season Bush is averaging 2.67 kills per set, up from 2.21 as a freshman last season. Her hitting percentage has improved from .147 to .274.
