Daily Fantasy Football Picks
Fantasy football for week 4. The week started off with a Covid19 outbreak canceling the Titans/Steelers matchup, thus taking out fantasy stars Derrick Henry and James Connor. We do still have some big dogs at RB in Kamara, Cook, and Elliott.

The Camp of the Century
The Last Camp of The Century The camp was set, it was to take place between the Last week of July and the first week of August. The Clinicians were nothing but spectacular, the lead clinician was the head assistant at the local University, along with his assistant, and 4 members of their team, 2 of which were D1 All Americans. The Camp would also consist of a 1-day session with a Russian national Champion, who defected to the states, Rolan Sabanatov. The Camp would draw numbers that Lloyd never even imagined.

CHEERING THROUGH COVID-19
Ta'Aliyah Palmer On Friday, Sept. 25, Beechcroft High School hosted Columbus City Schools rival East in a football game. Watching football during the COVID-19 era is a strange site. Fans cheers are muzzled with masks. The crowd was about 20 to 30 percent of the size that it would normally be on a warm autumn Friday night.

Movie Review: 'The Keeper' Arrives at the Exact Wrong Time
Now is not the time for the movie The Keeper. A movie highlighting a story of reconciliation between victims of the Nazis and a Nazi soldier has no place in a world where Nazi propaganda and fascism is once again on the rise. Regardless of the good intentions at the heart of the movie and at the heart of the filmmakers, we need not demonstrate compassion or acceptance for people who fight on the side of Nazi ideology no matter how much they claim that they did so against their will.

A Comparison of Two Football Legends
This Sunday, football fans across America got a real treat, as Aaron Rodgers and the Packers matched up against Drew Brees and the Saints. Both of these quarterbacks have had absolutely astonishing, hall of fame worthy careers, which is impressive since neither hails from major football college (Rodgers went to California, while Brees went to Purdue). Neither was exactly a high draft pick either, as Brees was a second round pick, while Rodgers was picked in the 20’s. But Rodgers natural talent, and Brees’s football IQ and leadership have led both of them to be not only two of the greatest players of our generation, but some of the greatest players of all time. I figured it would be fun to look back at the careers both of them have had and then do some statistical comparisons following an outstanding game!

A Look Back at Byram Hills Soccer loss to Greece-Athena in 2014 State Semifinals
On Saturday morning November 15, the Byram Hills soccer team traveled to Middletown High School to face Greece-Athena in the semifinals of the New York State High School Championship. Eighty minutes of grit and gut check had both teams squared off where they started. Sudden death overtime the forum, an unfriendly bounce could provide glory and misery in an instant. Unfortunately, a tough skip off the turf with 6:36 left in the extra period sunk the hearts of the Bobcats, and all the fans who made the three hour journey with them.

Four goals and a beat down
The word “premier” in soccer means very different things in different places. In England, it’s the top flight of soccer. In the US, the word usually gets attached to amateur leagues. And by amateur, I mean both the quality of play and the way they are run. You’d think the English would sue over the damage to their reputation.

Life challenges
Dauphine, Texas Tech's first commit of the 2015 recruiting cycle, was not a widely-known prospect when he pledged to the Red Raiders in Feb. 2014. The 6-foot, 180-pound prospect wasn't a full-time starter at Port Arthur Memorial in 2013 and, at that point, Lamar was the only other program that had offered. He didn't stay under the radar for very long. Houston and Washington State offered, then Arizona State, Baylor, TCU and Texas A&M followed. Even Michigan, under newly hired Jim Harbaugh, made a late run. In the end, Dauphine took a few visits but decided to stick with his commitment to Texas Tech.
