How to Write a Three-Paragraph Essay
How to Write a Three-Paragraph Essay I have always found three-paragraph essays very easy. I excelled at them in college and so I thought I would show a few people how to write a three-paragraph essay with a post on Squidoo. A lot of textbooks overcomplicate the process of editing a paper, when the basic layout is actually simple and very flexible. It also forces the writer to keep their word count down. That is why you will find that a lot three-paragraph essays are very concise. They force the writer to get to the point quickly, which is one of the reasons I like them.

MRICS Certification in India
An MRICS qualification demand in the Indian construction industry is high and valued by many construction firms all around the nation. Considering the development of the country, we can agree to assume that the country will require more skilled labour in the construction industry. India is the seventh largest country, and it lists as the second most populous nation; the increasing population in the country leads to employment and one of the sectors in the country that specialises and contributes to the economy is the construction industry. The Indian government is making plans to develop infrastructure and buildings, and to create innovative projects to increase the living standards of the country. Which means the necessity and the demand for construction professionals are growing. The importance of an MRICS will be highly recognised when the projects increase. As a result, quantity surveyors are also in need to deliver a quality project. The job role of a quantity surveyor is an essential part in any construction project; without a quantity surveyor (also known as cost managers) the construction team will not be able to manage, estimate, evaluate, and conduct cost valuation for the project. So without the required knowledge and skills, the candidates cannot become a professional quantity surveyor in the industry. Therefore, the RICS can provide the qualifications for the candidates to become a professional quantity surveyor.

Why All Educators Should Do Personal Development. Top Story - October 2019.
Recently I was working with a group of young students who were, as students do, resisting doing the task that I, the educator, wanted them to. I began to enter into the familiar dance that anyone who has ever worked with children likely knows well: Kids moving around the room, talking to friends, asking unrelated questions, raising their hand and telling long-winded, boring stories about their friend Carley’s pet hamster who pooped on the floor. Everybody laughs but you—because let's face it kid, your story sucks and I see what you’re trying to do here.

Should I Pay for Home Renovations by Refinancing?
Homeowners should always keep updated records of their personal finances. Keeping financial information up to date and having a financial plan mapped out enables homeowners to more easily adjust their budget in the event that expected or unexpected events take place. Should a homeowner experience events including, but not limited to, moving to a new home or making home repairs, changing their marital status, welcoming a new addition to their family, becoming responsible for caring for elderly or ill family members of friends, retiring, or getting a job promotion and increase in their salary, they would have to change the way they save and spend their money.
