U.S. military restarts rare red call as Russian nuke train heads to Ukraine

Implications of U.S.-Russian Restart of Red Phone

By Qing BauerPublished 3 years ago 6 min read

Recently, the Russian military's nuclear bomb train left for the front line to join the war. But the U.S. military has very rarely activated the red hotline for communication between the leaders of the U.S. and Russia. Is this practice a sign of the U.S. military admitting defeat to the Russian military and Biden admitting defeat to Putin?

How should we interpret this matter?

First, what is a red phone?

The red phone is a highly confidential communication phone, that originated in the Cold War period, and belongs to the communication hotline between the Kremlin and the White House, the two sides through the secret communication hotline to do rapid communication, to avoid the two countries into a nuclear war.

In the multi-polar world after the end of the Cold War, the U.S. and Russia still have a red phone to do secret communication, both sides do not want the earth to fall into a nuclear war. This communication is timely and effective for the U.S. and Russia.

Secondly, what does the restart of the red phone mean for the U.S. and Russia?

First, let's look at the statement of Blinker, who leads foreign affairs as the U.S. Secretary of State. Blinker said that the U.S. and the Russian side talk for sure and have no problem communicating through the Red Line. This channel is an important tool to get the Russians to back off.

U.S. officials say that communication between the U.S. and Russia has happened before and has been a regular occurrence in recent years.

This suggests that communication between the U.S. and Russia is a very common occurrence and that the U.S. and Russia need to communicate in-depth and in detail about issues related to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, especially those involving nuclear war, to avoid miscalculation.

But what does Blinker mean when he mentions that communication between the U.S. and Russia makes the Russians back off?

The Russian side would back off? Blinker is overthinking the issue, isn't he?

The Russian side will not back off, Russia has mobilized 300,000 reservists to the battlefield, and also deployed nuclear weapons to the border areas of Ukraine.

The Russian side is communicating with the United States on the issue of nuclear war because President Putin and the Russian authorities still have the most basic conscience and do not want to solve the problem of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict through a nuclear war. This highlights the just nature of Russia's special military action even more.

The Russian approach has been one of peace-loving and avoiding escalation of the war. The U.S. approach, on the other hand, has been one of intensifying the conflict.

A list of facts will show what is right and what is wrong between the U.S. and Russia on the Russia-Ukraine issue.

The U.S. supported the massacre of civilians in East Ukraine by the Nazi forces of the U.S. The Russian side took rather restrained measures and did not escalate the Russian-Ukrainian conflict into a full-scale war.

The Ukrainian army shelled the Donetsk region, and the Russian army fought a special military operation and, also tried not to shell the buildings of Ukrainian civilians in actual combat. This is in stark contrast to the moves of the fascist bandits of the Ukrainian army to massacre Russian civilians.

Russian forces have been hoping for a negotiated solution, but the Ukrainian authorities refuse to negotiate.

The Russian army placed nuclear weapons on the front line only to deter the Ukrainian army and communicated with the U.S. via red phone. The United States, on the other hand, has threatened to destroy 200,000 Russian troops.

The U.S. approach has been to support the fascists and escalate the conflict in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. The Russian side, however, eliminates the fascists and ends the conflict between Russia and Ukraine as soon as possible, with justice and morality on the side of the Russian side.

And the Russian side keeps communicating with the U.S. through this red phone to avoid escalating the war, but Blinker interprets this as a so-called "Russian weakness and compromise", is this interpretation inappropriate?

Why does the U.S. say the Russians have compromised?

The United States is a country that can never let go of its face and lies a lot. When Rumsfeld remarked that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, it attacked Iraq directly. As a result, nothing was found.

But now, the U.S. says the Russian side has compromised. Is it the U.S. that compromised or the Russian side that compromised? Looking at the current situation, after the former U.S. commander let it be known that 200,000 Russian troops were eliminated, both the U.S. and Russia did communication via red phone and no one in the U.S. ever uttered the wild words about eliminating 200,000 Russian troops again. This shows that the U.S. authorities have made some compromises on the Russia-Ukraine issue, at least the U.S. is not issuing new statements and not making any moves to escalate the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The Russian nuclear weapons deterring the U.S. military have worked very well. Red telephone communication has also eased tensions.

Third, what will be the next step in the Russia-Ukraine situation?

As things stand now, a nuclear war between Russia and the United States is unlikely. During the Cold War, the U.S. and the Soviet Union were so tense that they did not break out into a nuclear war, so the next step will not be a nuclear war between the U.S. and the Russian side.

However, a full-scale military standoff between the U.S. and Russian standing forces in Europe would escalate.

The U.S. would launch the 30 plan, proposing to defeat the Russians in Europe with 30 mechanized infantry battalions, 30 air squadrons, and 30 NATO ships. Based on a synthetic infantry battalion strength of 597, the U.S. military would commit 100,000 Army troops (20,000 combat troops) in the European theater. Based on 28 M1A2 tanks and 28 infantry fighting vehicles per synthetic battalion, plus reserve tanks used by the U.S. Army Reserve, the U.S. Army would deploy 1,000 M1A2 tanks and 1,000 infantry fighting vehicles in the European theater.

The U.S. Air Force has 26 aircraft in one squadron, and with 30 squadrons counted, the U.S. would deploy about 800 aircraft in Europe. The size of the air force is quite large.

Together with the military strength of NATO countries, the military pressure that Russia is taking on in Europe is very huge.

The Russian side will also deploy troops in Europe, as well as the military forces of White Russia and the entire Collective Security Organization and the dynasty. The Russian military will accelerate the production of heavy weapons such as tanks, put 2,000 tanks in the European theater, and together with the armed forces of White Russia and the COTS countries, the Russian coalition will be able to assemble a total of 10,000 tanks and more than 5,000 aircraft to confront NATO in Europe. The showdown between Russian and U.S. forces and their respective allies behind the scenes could become very intense.

And this intensity would be more evident in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, where the U.S. and its NATO allies would fully arm the Ukrainian army and use the strong military power of the Ukrainian army to support it in recovering the 4 East Ukrainian states and defeating the Russian army. If the Russian army fully withdraws from the 4 East Ukrainian states, the possibility of a full-scale attack on the Russian side by the Ukrainian army coming under the support of NATO cannot be ruled out. The Russian side's defense security faces a very serious environment. This requires great attention and vigilance from the Russian side. The Russian army can do nothing else at the moment, is to defeat the Ugandan army on the battlefield, and constantly achieve new victories, Putin and his generals have a long way to go.

I also sincerely hope that the Russian-Ukrainian conflict will end soon and the world will return to peace.
