It’s the America I still believe in.

But what happens when the postcard starts to fade? What happens when you look closer and see that the foundation is cracking, eroded by secrecy and self-interest?

Here, on this Saturday evening in August of 2025, a different reality exists just beneath that veneer. It’s a reality I have spent years documenting—a slow, corrosive decay of the sacred trust between the government and the governed. This isn't just a local drama.
