Obervations On Reform, The Tories, GOP, Labour, Democrats And The Greens
Introduction
Every day, I see memes and posts telling me Trump and Farage's popularity ratings are tanking, and the Tories are a spent party. In the USA, the GOP are still in power, the Democrats are generally in the pockets of big money, same in the UK with the Labour Party.

But People Still Go For The Right Wing
Every time a none right wing government takes over from a right wing government, they are usually cleaning up an economic mess left by the previous government. Because this takes time, the electorate decided that they will vote in the government that made the mess once again, because the electorate seems to have the attention span of a goldfish.
They jump out of the bath because the water is not warm enough into the right wing cesspool and then claim they are ok that they are now sitting in a pool of shit.
It took me til this millennium to realise that right wing fiscal policy was to steal something, sell it and then claim they have made a profit.
As an example, after the Second World War, Labour borrowed heavily to build the UK's infrastructure as Roosevelt had in the USA after the Wall Street Crash. Thatcher and Reagan took the result, sold everything off and destroyed their nations' economies, which hit with the financial crash of 2008.
Labour was in power then, bailed out the banks, then got blamed for the crash, resulting in fourteen years of Tory incompetence, pandering to the right wing racists, nearly crashing the economy again under Liz Truss, and causing thousands of deaths during Covid under the incompetence of Boris Johnson. In Trump's first term, it was similar in the USA.
The current Labour government in the UK and the Democrats in the USA are not even acceptable, but are better than the right wing options.
In the UK we have The Green Party under Zack Polonski. In the USA, there are Gavin Newsom, Bernie Sanders, and Zohran Mamdani, who are providing some hope, but they do need to be in power.
But THEY Are Still In Power And Not Behind Bars
Despite all these plunging popularity polls, Trump is still President and Farage is still getting huge donations and his fascist Reform Company (it is a private company, not a political party)
The GOP, Reform and the Tories are viciously racist, misogynistic, and homophobic and are not averse to using cage camps/concentration camps, which could eventually become death camps. Remember, the Nazi gas chambers only came after people kept letting the party get away with things that should have been stopped.
The electorate will vote for these parties based on the very slightest pretext that annoys them. My dad voted for Brexit because there were "foreigners" in the hospital. They were his nurses and doctors. His attitude was that other nations should do what we tell them, and that is Trump's and the MAGA attitude.
The right ignores the rules while their opposition plays by the rules, and in that situation, there can only be one winner, and the situation is not a good one.
Conclusion
If action is not taken soon, the USA will disintegrate, and maybe there will be a French style revolution. Everyone tells us no one wants or likes Trump, but no one has taken him to task when he breaks the law, and the longer this goes on, the worse he will get.
He may even try to dissolve the midterms and the 2028 elections.
Remember, one of his promises for MAGA on his last election trail was that they would never have to vote again. There is only one way that can happen for those who are still alive.
