Statutes of Limitations: Is It Too Late to Sue?
Whether you watch lots of crime shows on television, or just have a basic understanding of law, you’ve likely come across the phrase “statute of limitations.” While this phrase may sound a bit daunting to the uninitiated, it is actually a relatively straightforward concept once you begin to break it down. If you’re about to enter into legal proceedings (or think you may have reason to), it’s important to fully understand what a statute of limitations is, and how it applies to your case:

Intolerance in Politics and Life
Intolerance in Politics and Life Intolerance is growing, and it seems those who preach "equality for all" are becoming the most intolerant. While both extremes have unacceptable behaviour, the left appear to be in denial that their actions and words are as bad as the far right.

The 24th Amendment
The 24th Amendment is what stops Congress and any state from allowing the right to vote to be predicated on a payment poll of taxes, or any kind of tax for that matter. Voting is supposed to be free. Congress wrote the 24th Amendment, and it was proposed to the States on August 27, 1962. It was then passed on January 23, 1964. The Southern states who used to be a part of the Confederacy, had adopted poll taxes in the late 19th Century, because they wanted to make sure that former slaves did not vote much if at all.

Gun Control Sounds Good in Theory, But It's Really Not
One year and three months ago, the Marjorie Stonemann Douglas High School massacre took place in Parkland, Florida, killing seventeen people and injuring seventeen more. The gunman, Nikolas Cruz, was formally charged with seventeen counts of premeditated murder. Not long afterwards, government control over the ownership of firearms has been one of the most highly debated topics through the leftist media; the idea of gun control legislation was well-received, and even demanded by the public. Like any concept, there was reasonable opposition. The truth is, control over firearm ownership would have disastrous results.

Politics and Humanity
I, as many of you, i'm sure, have recently started to see attack ads about candidates running for office. Like the first cannons of long forgotten battles shattering the peace of nations, as the populace prepares for political war. Harbingers of broken promises and misinformation as candidates vie for the hearts and minds of their constituents.

The Real State of the Union
With the onslaught of global warming striking destruction, I fear the United States faces greater challenges with each passing month. The severity of weather patterns all around the globe has only intensified the urgency that humanity is facing at the most crucial point in our history. The forces of denial have already hastened us to the point of no return. With the clock ticking and time running out, it is essential that cooler heads prevail. Yet, those climate change deniers cling to their convictions; that is all well and good. But, as the wrath of nature rocks a splintered nation, millions are continually thrown into an inferno of hopelessness and despair.

Is China Robbing the USA of Its Intellectual Property?
In the midst of what many are calling a trade war, it is safe to say that the United States and China have had a competitive relationship in recent years. But, have both sides been playing a fair game? White House officials have accused the Chinese government of stealing American intellectual property. This is a discussion that can get confusing, so let’s define what intellectual property is.

Christians in Pakistan Need to Change the Narrative
Christianity has three hundred years life in the sub continent of India, which is now divided into five countries. Pakistan is one of those countries which came into being in the year 1947. I know there are people who would remind me of St. Thomas who visited this area, and these people would prove that Christianity exists in this area for two thousand years. I say yes to this narrative too. My issue is not to start a debate on when a first native person accepted Jesus Christ, the issue is how the Christians living in Pakistan have to get into the main stream of the country in this present time.

Donald Trump Blasts Bette Midler
One of the hardest things in the world to do when you've been shown to be wrong is to apologize, but after wrongfully attributing a quote to President Donald Trump, Bette Midler did exactly that. Not only did she apologize, she posted the source information which proved her information that she originally posted was wrong.
