Everything Ends with Trump, pt.1
Let’s take a closer look at the everyday, commonplace, readily accepted for what it is, always quietly reliable toothpaste tube. It’s a modest achievement. Nobody ever hates their toothpaste tube; nope, it’s one of those things, like automobile tires, can openers and ball point pens that never get the attention and praise they deserve until they suddenly and surprisingly do not function the way they should. Every morning and every night toothpaste tubes remind us of our president’s dilemma.

Thank You Wisconsin Poll Workers
Wisconsin poll workers are heroes. On April 7th, 2020, Wisconsin held the most dangerous election in history. The state is in the midst of a multi-week effort to slow the spread of the Coronavirus. Our main weapon in this battle has been to maintain social distancing. Schools have been closed since mid-March, and responsible citizens are limiting themselves to one weekly trip for groceries and other supplies.

How Would I Handle the Entire COVID-19 Crisis?
I would give the post office enough money to stay open, despite rumors of shutting it down in June, which would never happen anyway because that is unconstitutional. The United States cannot survive without the postal service, period. I would also be donating thousands of ventilators to anybody who asked, not leave states in the lurch. I'm seeing this crisis as an opportunity to test myself, to see if I can handle stress better than I ever have, despite the fact that, in the present, I have trouble handling stress. I'm going to need to pay for a real therapist so I can learn better stress management skills eventually.

It’s Been 128 Years Since the Homestead Strikes, and Amazon Has Learned Nothing.
Amazon has decided to show where they stand when it comes to their employees striking for paid leave and better working conditions. This past Monday, workers at the Staten Island Amazon Fulfillment Center, a building with over 4,000 employees, held a walkout to protest the continued operation of the facility. Chris Smalls, the walkout’s organizer, called for the building to be closed and cleaned after at least one employee tested positive for COVID-19. Smalls was fired shortly afterward, which has received massive backlash from both the public and state officials including both New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and New York State Attorney General Letitia James. Along with them, leaders of the AFL-CIO, the main U.S. labor federation, are calling for independent monitors to investigate the conditions within the facility.

We’ll say it again; Stop using SARS-CoV2 as an excuse to be racist!
SARS-CoV2 is the virus that causes Covid-19; perhaps better known as the “Coronavirus”. Much like a noxious, parasitic weed, the Coronavirus has had both serious direct and indirect ramifications that have managed to worm roots into even the most remote of places across the globe. The direct consequences of course include those who have contracted either a mild or serious form of this virus and of course those who have since perished. The indirect consequences however appear to keep manifesting as the world adjusts to such a pandemic. Perhaps the most controversial consequence of Covid-19 is the racism and conspiracies directed toward China. Please, if you don’t want your racist or idiotic theories and claims debunked by science, I urge you to stop reading.

'Covid' Ops: He who seeks the power holds the key
All the natural instincts I possess tell me that what is happening in the world right now is a smokescreen, a means to sweep away the depravity that has been taking place on a tiny island in the Caribbean for decades; to mask the terrible state of the world economy, pension funds robbed blind; and for our lords and masters to usher in a brave new world, where they re-start the clock with far greater control and golden opportunities to scoop up yet more riches.

Opinion: The Electoral College Must Be Abolished
Every four years since 1789, the Electoral College has been used in electing a new president and vice president. For those of you who may not know what exactly the Electoral College is, it is not a literal college, but a group of electors. Every ten years, the United States government conducts a census, where it tracks the country’s people and economy. The number of electoral votes a state has reflects its population. When the country changes in population, the number of electoral votes in each state is changed. As you watched the 2016 presidential election live, you may have heard newscasters announce each state and its number of electoral votes. That number represents the number of electors in that state. For example, California has 55 electoral votes while New York has 29. On the other hand, large states such as Montana or Nebraska have fewer than five electoral votes. This indicates that the sizes of certain states do not clearly reflect their number of electoral votes. That overall crystallizes the biased approach of the Electoral College in electing a new leader, which makes it necessary for it to be abolished.
