We Have Just Crossed Over Into The Twilight Zone
When Rod Sterling began each episode with "You unlock this door with a key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension. A dimension of sound. A dimension of sight. A dimension of mind. You are moving in a land of shadow and substance of things and ideas. You have just crossed over into the twilight zone," little did he realize that today we have the whole world in turmoil. More government reactions have only compounded the anxiety of millions, and societies are swept up in currents of unrest and tension. All of this has resulted in that millions are now feeling like they have literally crossed over into the "Twilight Zone."

Bullies in the Government
The East Bully wants to control our spirit. They may be leaders of cults that dominate people and require no communication with non-members, or they may be dictators who force us to abandon our Sacred Dream, the plan our soul made for this life, in order to serve them or adhere to their standards.

The Magnificent Seven or Magnificent Minorities?
Growing up in the seventies and eighties, I remember movies always typically had a majority white cast of characters with maybe one or two minorities and typically the hero of the film. It was typical and predictable for horror films and action movies to almost always have an African American sidekick or hero make it to the end of the movie and killed off in the last 15 or 20 minutes. Gradually movies and television have gone away from that somewhat with African American, Hispanic and Asian lead characters which lead to creating fresh storytelling and new themes with not as predictable plots as in the past.

A Dystopian World
There are those who believe judgement day is close at hand. An Apocalyptic event so catastrophic that will thrust mankind either back into the Dark Ages or into the caves of the Neanderthal. With the winds of war hollowing across the Middle East where the plight of millions fleeing the stench of war has disrupted the flow of humanity sends a clear message that those who believe just may be right after all. The epic misery, hopelessness and woe are now the bedfellows of much of humanity. The life and death struggle so many face day to day is the brutal reality of the 21st century.

The Confederate Flag: Hated or Misunderstood
The confederate flag today is often viewed as a symbol of racism and hate associated with slavery and hate groups such as the Ku Klux Klan and white power skinheads. But what a person chooses to believe in as a symbol does not reflect what another might believe. An argument could be made that the issue is not about the symbol of the flag itself but what it has been used for and how it has changed people’s perception of it. The flag has an interesting religious background. (Coski)

A Nation Beguiled
For years now the United States has been running on empty. Empty promises of better times ahead. Instead our future is bleak. Our financial system is nothing more than a house of cards. Public education has turned out generations of substandard students. Our inner cities most of whom look like third world countries. What employment opportunities there are don't even come close to offering living wages. All of these and more are attributed to elected officials caring more about campaign contributions than the people they are supposed to serve. The many consequences of a democratic system that has become so inept and corrupt has now been further exasperated by the media in their complicity to pursue an agenda that is completely against the basic principles on which our nation was founded upon.

Lowest. Ratings. Ever. For Donald Trump, Who Thought Being President Would Have Been "Easier"
What perhaps has been most striking about the first 100 days of President Donald Trump's White House is that he actually thought the job would be easier than he thought. Yes, the 45th president has done a good many things that have led the public at large to scratch their head and wonder what, exactly, President Trump is thinking - certainly, his apparent hypersensitivity on Twitter is cause for concern - but his ongoing hostility to a host of individuals and groups speaks volumes already regarding the overall tone of his tenure.

It takes a while to adjust to a new reality. The vote by the UK electorate to leave the EU has resulted in a total paradigm shift. The people of Great Britain now envisage a future for themselves where they will take a path separate to the European collective of countries.

NaziZombies and NaziZombies 2
Part 1: the takeover. It’s hard to say when it began to fall apart. Some say it began in America during the mid-seventies, when that well-known crook Richard M. Nixon -before he donned his leather jacket and fled off in his presidential chopper- decided to bring back the notion of the power of the dollar, and something called “the Laffer curve” over the gold standard.

Another Day In Paradise
As one travels through the cities and towns across the United States you see the faceless multitudes drifting from place to place. For you and me it is just another day in paradise. But, for those countless millions all across the country their plight continues unmercifully with no respite in sight. Day after day, night after night those weary souls are just left out in the cold. Their plight has only grown in numbers. As of today in the state of Washington alone there are over 60,000 children roaming the streets. That is just the children that they account for. And, there are thousands more adults, and families seeking shelter each night. These numbers themselves indicate that their is something drastically wrong in our society today. In New York City there are close to 70,000 homeless adults and children and many more encamped in old subway tunnels. The fact of the matter is that in every major city and even in rural areas their is a growing percentage of our population forced into a vicious cycle that is almost impossible to break free.
