Dear Donald Trump

I want to thank you for...

Dear Donald Trump,

I want to thank you for bringing this country to an all-time low. Other countries are probably laughing their butts off at the embarrassment of having you as our president for four LONG years. How do we as a country expect other countries to take us seriously when our President has made a fool of himself and our country? Despite the number of supporters you have, obviously the majority of the Americans have spoken and you will no longer be in office. Thank God for small miracles. I honestly don't think I could take another four years of your shenanigans. Every time I turned on the news, it was always something that you had either said or done that made me want to gag. I had registered to vote for the first time so I could vote against you and vote for newly-elected President Joe Biden. Unfortuntaly, I was unable to get my voter card in time, but thanks to my fellow American's who haven't fallen victim to your line of lies and psychiatric tendencies, I still got the outcome of the election that I wanted. But before you leave office, there are a few things I think you should know.

I want to thank you for turning people against each other. Our race war had died down quite a bit until you took office. Blacks against whites, whites against blacks. Never in my 43 years of life have I ever been so disappointed in our President. A President is supposed to guide our country to be as strong as it can be. Not destroy it with his own psychiatric tendencies and lies and betrayal. I have never been so ashamed of being a white American. So you have money. So what?? There's lots of billionaires out there who don't think that they can buy their way into making people like them. Money is not everything. Human kindness is way more powerful than any amount of money. You, as our leader, were supposed to put your effort into bringing this country together and making it stronger than ever. And not only did you spread lies, you denied ever doing so. That is instability at it's best. Even when you denied what was spoken or done, there was still video evidence of you doing the bad things you did or said. Not only are/were you incapable of being a great leader for this country, you still tried to win over your voters.

I want to thank you for making me scared and nervous of being a white American in my own country. So many people have stated that it's the white people bringing this country down and making the so-called minorities feel less than appreciated. But in fact, the "minorities" are the ones who have a harder time in today's society, yet there they are out there, working crappy jobs for crappy paychecks just to support their families. How many American's would work a job that barely pays minimum wage? Why should they be treated any differently because of their skin color or heritage? We, as American's, have been striving for so long to bring this country together as one. It has taken hundreds of years to do so, and within four years of you being in office, our country has retraced its steps back hundreds of years. It doesn't matter our religion, heritage, sexual preference, sexual identity, or beliefs. We are all human at the end of the day. We all bleed red. Why should anyone, especially our President, make us think any differently?

I want to thank you Mr. President, for showing us your true colors. You probably thought you were doing the right thing and saying the right thing, but in fact, you ended up disgracing yourself and our country. Thank you for showing us your inability to be the leader of this great country. If you wanted to Make America Great Again, then you should have built on what built this country in the first place. Make it better, not worse. But all you thought about was yourself. You didn't care when those tyrants attacked the Capitol. You egged them on. Now you say that we need to be peaceful, yet how is preaching to a crowd of your supporters that you were cheated out of another four years supposed to make us change our mind? That they need to be strong with their beliefs of your lies? I could see if the votes were close in numbers, but the gap was by the millions. Just accept the fact that you did not fulfill your duties as the President. Let this country build up again to where we were before you got into office. If you care SO much about America, as you have tried to repeatedly make your supporters believe, then peacefully depart from Office and let this country begin to heal without any distractions. You had your chance, and you blew it. Now it's time to let another President try to clean up the mess that you left.

Thank you.
