Dear President Trump Thank You
Dear President Trump Thank You As I am sitting here writing this letter there are so many thoughts in my mind of how this letter could be. Being a president is a title with a bunch of responsibility. Everyone wants to be it but are unsure of all the responsibilities it takes to be the president. With over 300 million people to please I rather decide on a different career.

Dear Mr. Trump
With these first few carefully selected words, you will instantly become aware that this letter is unlike any other you may have seen. Most people are very upset with you right now and, dare I say, may even hate you. Their letters will be crass, judgmental, and riddled with contempt. At this point, given what has transpired only in the most recent of days, it's safe to say you could be one of the most despised beings in the country!

Dear Trump: A Dear John Letter
Dear Trump, There are a few criteria required for someone to experience trauma; first, they must feel terror, extreme distress, or be in life or death situation and second, they must feel there is no way out, a helplessness.

Dear Donald Trump,
When you first were elected, I remember coming home from my job at the news station and sitting in my room in silence as I tried to grapple with the fact that you’d won. I felt like everyone around me had not taken the election seriously, like there was no way that a reality television personality known for his solid gold toilet could win the absolute most important seat in the free world. But, then you did. A string of group texts and long phone calls started as I listened to my friends, mostly BIPOC folks who were also a part of the LGBTQ community spoke about their fears. I couldn’t do anything but try to imagine how the next four years would go.

Dear Donnie,
Dear Donnie, I know you feel jilted by this unforeseen breakup, but I really gotta say... I am not going to miss you. Like, not even a little bit. Not when the climate crisis is being addressed, or when progress is made on racial equality, or even when the education sector is reformed.

Dear MR. President
I address you as MR. President because you deserve the respect of being called so. I have been embarrassed and disenchanted with the lack of respect the American media, politicians, and many of my fellow American's have presented since you took office. Never in my memory have I ever been witness to the President of the United States of America continually being addressed or referred to by his given name "Trump", "MR. Trump", "Donald" as you have. It's insulting and passive aggressive behavior to minimize and humiliate you. Since day one I have been witness to continual mocking, slandering and skewing of every move you made so to discredit your achievements while in office and I apologize for this. I find it ironic that after the 2020 election suddenly your referenced as MR. President in all most every media venue or post I see or hear.
