1) New Nation

For 5,000 years, perhaps more, man has been governed by man.

This would not have been bad if such government had responded to generally good purposes.

This would not have been bad if, at the very least, the one governing truly deserved his place at the top of the human race.

This would not have been bad if, a little more, the one who should be at the top of the human race had obtained it through fair, fair, and again fair competition.

But, gentlemen, ladies, those who have been and those who are at the top of the human race, governing the whole world indiscriminately with respect to national differences, from the beginning of time until now, have not been, neither the good, nor the most competent, nor the most competent under equal, previous, or concurrent conditions of competition.

And what, then, is proposed under such current and present national political proposal?.

What is proposed is to create the first civilized national nation in the history of humanity, which would effectively respond to the aforementioned three conditions: the government of good, the government of the best, and the government of the best under given conditions.

The current political proposal, in a way, proposes to a very high degree: to create the first world nation in the history of humanity, of very high morality, very high proficiency, very high productivity, and very high justice.

A nation, different from all the nations you know, which will certainly share all the same formats and standards: state, governmental, legal, cultural, moral, social, spiritual, scientific, artistic, industrial, and those specific to and for human proficiency, finally mentioning the certain kind of modern slavery that has been imposed on all citizens of every world nation, without even you, those, having noticed it, and, to conclude, just to begin, also sharing with every citizen of this planet the critically unhappy universal condition that unites all of you and me at this present moment: you and I were born for something better: we have never reached our full potential, nor can we do so under the current conditions, set under the current general state of the present world.

And, therefore, in the pursuit of moral improvement, spiritual improvement, intellectual improvement, improvement of your being in general, and improvement of all our actions and decisions, here is a new nation.

A new nation, for you, and for me.

A new nation, for the neighbor.

A new nation, for the needy.

And a new nation, for anyone who dares to challenge it.

Here I am.

Here you are.

2) New Government System

The present political project consists of establishing a new system of government which would be comprised of:

• The National Civil Agency: What you know as the national state but with a different definition and different connotations.

• A National Engineer: What you know as a president but with a different definition and different connotations.

The National Engineer will lead all fields and areas of work of the National Civil Agency, in every form, in every way, in every sense, and for every reason.

The National Civil Agency will function in a manner somewhat similar to the state, but without connotations of power, imposition, unquestionable authoritarianism, desire for control, patriarchy, or futile crushing greatness and hardness as useful as a mountain for one who is thirsty: 'Agency' connotes work, efficacy, efficiency, identity, moral, spiritual, and intellectual cleanliness, processes, services, products, and systems, all optimally designed, planned, developed, executed, and controlled.

'Civil' connotes 'civilization' and likewise 'the action, desire, and intention to civilize'.

'Engineer' connotes the necessary, precise, and required aptitudes to direct such a 'civil agency'.

And 'National' connotes what many of us understand by 'nation': 'a group of civilized individuals coexisting under a common civilizational order'.

The National Engineer will be granted total power over all national fields and areas of work, including civil services of legislation and judiciary, among others, as well as total power over the appointment and removal of public officials, including judicial judges.
