A Letter From the Editor’s Closet
I believe a wardrobe is a work of art—a personal reflection of the person wearing it. It tells a story unique to you. I treat my wardrobe like my canvas. Every time I add a new piece, or take a piece away, it is all based on my mood—what I am enjoying, aesthetically. My inspiration tends to come from art. Pieces from the 70s, such as Henri Matisse’s, all the way up to current pieces, such as ones from Italian artist, Piero Pizzi Cannella. When I say these artists inspire me, I am referencing their color palettes. Most of my wardrobe is neutral in color—deep browns, ivories and black. While that does not really set me apart from what is “trending” now, what sets me apart is the feeling I get when I am wearing my pieces.

How to Get a Vintage Look when You Don't Have the Time or Money. Top Story - June 2019.
There's no doubt that the aesthetic of the 1960s and 1970s has become increasingly popular over the last three years, with Instagram absolutely flooded with people from all over mimicking the mods and the rockers in fabulous ways, not to mention the sudden flood of films devoted to 60s and 70s rock bands such as Yesterday, Bohemian Rhapsody, and Rocketman. Yes, vintage is most certainly "in" right now, but between the high prices on Etsy and long uniform clad work days that prevent us from being able to show our true colors, how is anyone meant to keep up?

How to Look Effortlessly Great on a Spring Date
Spring is coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean there’s no time left to show off your sense of taste. Spring is generally a time when you no longer need to hide behind dozens of sweaters to keep yourself warm, as it’s no longer cold, and you don’t have to worry about the makeup melting yet, as it’s not as hot as in summer. Some think that makeup isn't that important at all because a lot of guys are eager to meet single girls, regardless of whether they wear makeup or not. Others spend hours, thinking about what makeup they should wear for a promising first date with some charming stranger they met online. Some even choose whether to wear makeup or not, depending on the dating site they used to find a companion.
