There was a clever boy whose mother took him to the grocery store one day. When the boss saw the cute child, he opened a jar of candy and told the boy to help himself to a handful. But the boy did not move. The boss called again, but the boy did not move. The boss came over and took a handful of candy and put it in the kid's pocket.

Back at home, the mother asked the little boy, "Why don't you catch the candy yourself?" "Because my hands are small," the boy replied. The boss had big hands, so he took it. It must be more than I got!"

Their ability is always limited, and others in many ways than their own strong. Unfortunately, most of the time we are not as clever as this boy.

It is not because things are difficult that we dare not do them, but because we dare not do them that they are difficult.

In 1965, a Korean student went to Cambridge University to major in psychology. During afternoon tea, he often went to the school cafe or tea house to listen to some successful people chat. These successful people, who include Nobel Prize winners, academic authorities in certain fields, and economic mythmakers, are funny, light-hearted, and take their success as natural and logical. Over time, he found that he had been cheated by some successful people back home. These people tend to exaggerate their own difficulties in order to scare off those who are starting a business. In other words, they are using their success stories to scare those who are not yet successful.

As a psychology major, he thinks it is necessary to study the mentality of successful Koreans. In 1970, he submitted "Success isn't as Hard as You Think" as his senior thesis to Weill, the founder of modern economic psychology. Professor Braden. When Professor Braden read it, he was pleasantly surprised. He thought it was a new discovery, a phenomenon which, though widespread in the East and even around the world, had not been boldly mentioned and studied before. Surprised, he wrote to his Cambridge alumnus, Park Chung-hee, who was sitting at the top of South Korean politics. "I am not sure how much this work has helped you," he wrote, "but I am sure it has made more of an impact than any of your decrees."

The book took off with the Korean economy. This book has inspired many people, because they tell people from a new Angle, success and "work hard, hungry skin", "three nights lights five nights chicken", "head hanging beam, cones thorn" there is no necessary link. As long as you are interested in a career, you will succeed if you stick to it for a long time, because God has given you enough time and wisdom to do one thing successfully. Later, the young man was also successful and became the president of Fanye Motors.

Warm tip: many things in the world, as long as want to do, can do, the difficulties to overcome, also can overcome, without what iron will, more need not what skills or strategy. As long as a man is still in simple and interesting life, he will eventually find that the creator of the world, the arrangement is natural.

All the Flowers Are Beautiful

What Jessie will never forget is one lunch hour in third grade when she was chosen to play the princess in a school play. For weeks, his mother painstakingly practiced his lines with him. But no matter how easily she expressed herself at home, when she got to the stage, all the words in his head disappeared.

Finally, the teacher had to ask Jessica to stand aside. She explained that he had written the part of the preacher for the play and asked him to change the part. His words were sweet, but they stung Jessie deeply -- especially when she saw her role go to another girl.

When he went home for lunch that day, Jesse didn't tell his mother what had happened. His mother, however, sensed his unease and instead of suggesting that they line up, asked him if he wanted to walk in the yard.

It was a bright spring day, and the rose vines on the trellis were in brilliant new green. Jesse caught a glimpse of his mother bending over a dandelion. I think I'll have to pull up all these weeds. "She said, pulling it up by the roots. From now on, we'll have nothing but roses in this yard.

"But I love dandelions," Jess protested. "All flowers are beautiful, even dandelions!"

Her mother looked at her gravely. Yes, each flower is delightful in its own way, isn't it? "He said thoughtfully.

Jesse nodded, rejoicing in his victory over his mother.

The same is true for people. She added that everyone could not be a princess, but that was nothing to be ashamed of.

Knowing that his mother had come to his pain, Jesse broke into tears as he told her what had happened. Mother smiled with relief, but you will be a good confessor. "Mom said, reminding Jesse how much he loved reading stories to himself. The role of the white man is as important as the role of the princess.

In this world, there are many things waiting for us to do, there are grand big undertakings, there are small things, but as long as it is beneficial to success, we have to try to do.

Everything constitutes this whole world, and every part is indispensable. If you can't be the sun in your life, be a star! If you can't be a towering tree, then do a tree under the grass! Not everyone can be a captain, so be a qualified sailor! The question is not what you do or what you do, but whether you can be who you are and do your job well.

Broken arrow

If you don't believe in your own will, you'll never be a general.

During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, a father and his son went to war. The father has become a general, the son is just a pawn. Another horn sounded, the drums thundered, and my father solemnly held up a quiver with an arrow in it. The father solemnly said to his son, "This is a treasure arrow from the family. Wear it with you. It has infinite power, but do not take it out."

It was a very fine quiver, made of thick cowhide, with a faint gleaming copper border, and the end of the arrow sticking out. You can tell it's made of the finest peacock feathers. The son was beaming with joy and greedily thought about the shape of the arrow shaft and arrow. The sound of arrows whizzing past his ears seemed to prompt the enemy's commander to break his horse and die.

Sure enough, the son with the treasure arrow was brave and invincible. When the horn sounded, the son could not help the heroic victory, completely turned his back on his father's advice, a strong desire to drive him to call out the treasure arrow, trying to see what was going on. Suddenly he was shocked.

A broken arrow, a broken arrow in the quiver.

I keep Hollowing out to break an arrow to fight! The son was scared out of a cold sweat, as if the house suddenly lost its pillar, suddenly the will collapsed.

The result speaks for itself. The son is killed in the chaos.

Whisking away the smoke of gunpowder, my father picked up the broken arrow and spat heavily: "If you don't believe in your own will, you will never be a general."

How foolish it is to place the victory or defeat on a treasure arrow, and how dangerous it is when a person gives the core and handle of life to others! Like pinning their hopes on their children; Put happiness in the husband; Put the security of life on the unit...

Warm tips: oneself is an arrow, if you want it tough, if you want it sharp, if you want it a hundred paces, a hundred shots, sharpen it, save it can only be their own.

The value of life

Don't let yesterday's disappointments overshadow tomorrow's dreams.

At a seminar, a speaker held up a $20 bill without making his opening remarks. Facing the 200 people in the conference room, he asked, "Who wants the $20?" Hands went up, one by one. He continued, "I'm going to give this $20 to one of you, but before I do that, please allow me to do one thing." He crumpled up the bill and asked, "Who wants more?" Hands are still up.

"And what if I did so?" he added. He dropped the bill on the ground, stepped on one foot and ran over it. Then he picked it up. It was dirty and wrinkled.

"Who wants it now?" There were still hands up.

"My friends, you have learned a valuable lesson. No matter what I do with that bill, you still want it, because it hasn't depreciated, it's still worth $20. There are countless times in life when we are knocked down, bullied and even crushed by our own decisions or adversity. We felt as if we were worthless. But no matter what happens, or what will happen, you will never lose your value in the eyes of God. Dirty or clean, neatly dressed or not, you are still priceless to him."

Tips: The value of life does not depend on what we do, nor on the people we make friends with, but depends on us! We are unique -- never forget that!
