Self-Care Comes in Many Forms
I was thinking about all the talk around self-care and how many people may not have learned about it in therapy like I did, and may have the perception that you have to buy something in order to take care of yourself, like a face mask or a massage. Another perception may be that you have to take a whole day for self-care on Sunday because you definitely don't have time for that during the week. I am here to demonstrate how important self-care is during any day of the week, how it can be simple and fun, and how things that you may see as chores are actually self-care in action.

Virtual Addiction Therapy is Indeed New Normal After Covid-19
Since the vaccination process started, we all started doing things that we used to do before Covid-19. We have started going to restaurants, planning trips and many of us have stopped wearing masks too. If you could remember recently passed days when we were restricted to homes, some missed their favorite Macdonald's pizza while some people who had addiction problems faced enormous difficulties in getting the timely treatment or prescription of life-saving drugs. From there, the concept of online therapies started gaining some ground. And now, something that was started in a kind of compulsion has become a favorable option for addiction therapies. Indeed, virtual or online therapists for addiction treatments are the new normal that everyone loves.

A Thin Line
There is a thin line between genius and insanity. I sat in my basement/recording studio mulling over this concept. One month behind on rent, three months behind on my car payment, no job, and no money in my pockets. I felt engulfed by the heavy pressure of responsibilities in this world. A resentment of the mechanical nature of my society burned passionately inside me. I simply couldn’t stomach the idea of doing anything that didn’t light a fire in my heart. I’d seen how others have been compelled to enter into jobs and careers that did not resonate with their true desires and dreams. To me they were no more than robots; shells through which no creativity or inspiration flowed. However, to the majority of the world that seemed to be the norm. So someone like me, who was following creative impulses instead of assimilating to the slave-like culture of the world, seemed to be at the very best lost; at the worst, insane.

Fragmented
Diary Entry March 20th 2011 So, I was called to Mrs Reta’s office today to discuss my “behavioural” problems. All I want is to sit quietly in my corner and write my stories but apparently, I’m a danger to myself and my surroundings. Anyhow, I’m not looking to cause trouble so I’m going to be a good little girl, swallow their pills and write in this stupid diary. Noting down my thoughts and current circumstances is supposed to keep my head all neat and tidy. So, just to keep principal Adolf happy here it goes. My name is Sydney Crawford, I am 17 years old and I’m in my final year in Weald of Kent Grammar school. I’ve been taking clozapine for two years now. My parents are Harry and Eloise Crawford. I have no friends, nobody to talk to and nobody to care for. Hopefully Uni will be better. I’m bound to enjoy astrophysics after all, since physics is my favourite subject. St. Andrews is known to be a perfect university for that, so academically I should flourish. As a side note, hopefully I’ll also meet the love of my life there.

Online ADHD Tests - How Can They Help You Find Out If Your Child Has ADHD?
Typically, however, these specialists specialize in diagnosing and treating Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or ADD. The reason for this is that there are some subtypes of ADHD that need to be properly treated and diagnosed. In most cases, treatment is provided on a trial and error basis. Because of the various types of ADHD, it is often necessary for parents and doctors to use a variety of different diagnostic tools to find the right combination of treatment options that will best suit an individual patient.
