Just Deal With It
Anytime life gets hard and we feel like giving up there's always someone there to tell us to just deal with it. But why, why the heck should we suffer? Why do people feel the need to tell us to suck it up and just deal with it? Is this really how life is supposed to be? We're just supposed to go through life uncomfortable and just accepting peoples terrible behaviors because we have to pay bills or because we want to hangout with family and friends?

Reflection
The pond is frozen solid. The long winter dug her heels in and cursed us with unseasonably cold temperatures. It will take weeks for this ice to thaw. I gingerly sit on the outcropping that hangs over the best fishing spot. The drop is only four feet, but I approach it like it's the Grand Canyon. Old age makes one careful and a fall on ice can easily break a bone.

If Somebody Doesn't Like You, Don't Take It Personally
Unfortunately, we live in an unfair world. There are "good apples" and "bad apples", and some of them we just can't pick out and throw away. On this planet, we work, go to school, attend recreational programs, shop, do errands and other activities that require continuous interaction. Although some of the what we call "bad apples" can't always be left out and discarded, some of them can be! In personal relationships, we choose who we want in our "jars of people" and we often keep and store the "good ones in our jars". In professional relationships, we don't always pick and choose who we want in our "jars of people". For example, we don't get to choose our teachers in school, no matter how we view them. We have to learn to tolerate them and accept them for who they are. Over time, we get better at dealing with them.

4 Simple Yet Effective Ways to Reduce Anxiety
On good days, my mind is calm, and I have control over my life. But then there are other days when I feel as though the world is going to collapse. It happens when the day didn’t start as I hoped or when my children are not on their best behavior. I get restless and my mind fills with excessive worries and anxieties. I feel the mounting pressure before the day unfolds.

Azure Note
I’ve been making music for 7 1/2 years as of writing this. And for as long as I can remember I’ve always said I was a mad mind or insane. I’ve recently been grappling with this concept after having to do some growing up and it’s frightening to say the least. After suffering a complete mental breakdown and being admitted into a psyche ward I find myself asking how far is too far now. I was content before while silently suffering telling myself “I’m stronger than this and I can handle it” however I now wonder if I’m genuinely mad or just mislead and it bothers me now.

Somewhere Along the Spectrum: Transcending Duality
Call it what you will, there have been many names for it throughout the millennia. In the beginning, or perhaps more accurately, a beginning, seeing as we live in a vast, infinite, multidimensional universe, there was the big bang, that point of singularity, unity, and the great creator did issue out the great primordial om, speaking into existence all that, 'I am." As Spiritual Leader Echart Tolle noted in this regard, "You are not in the universe, you are the universe, an intrinsic part of it. Ultimately, you are not a person, but a focal point where the universe is becoming conscious of itself. What an amazing miracle...You are here to enable the divine purpose of the universe to unfold. That is how important you are!" And perhaps the greatest exemplification of this is the way that as human beings, we all have the desire to grow, expand, and create, which is the very personification of the true essence of the universe.

Green Lights, Ufo's, and Strange Men
Some days I wake up with a happy smile, but most days I look around and wonder where my life has gone. Today I realized that it was a mistake to go out and waste my life on stinky lounges. Hanging around the same smelly bars. The haziness of what goes on in my life is the new normal. Sometimes I think everything will be okay, but then I find myself lost in these clubs again. Why can’t I stop? Why do I go around thinking these places will fill the empty void in my life. Today, things change! I need to stop this madness. Last night was a blur and it was the breaking straw on the camel’s back... or was it the breaking straw that I used to snort all that stuff last night. It is all a blur. I cannot remember a thing. The last thing that I saw was a green light and other flashing colors.
