Is Healing a Magic Pill for Neurodivergent? Is There Scientific Basis?
Yes, there is a scientific foundation to this. When the nervous system begins to feel safe, the amygdala's overactivity reduces. This frees up energy previously drained by fear and anxiety. The shrinkage in the hippocampus I experienced was the result of chronic stress inherited from both parents — each of whom lived with high levels of anxiety. This blocked the activation of learning-related neural pathways. Now that my nervous system no longer perceives constant threat, my runtime memory has improved, enhancing my daily functioning and presence of mind.

Healing Neurodivergence: My Journey with managing ADHD, Autism through Breathwork, Inner Child Integration, Emotional Cleansing.
From my own experience of healing neurodivergence — ADHD and Autism — I realized that since birth, my brain had adapted to a fight-or-flight mode due to inherited limiting beliefs and nervous system adaptations passed down through my lineage. While medical science refers to this as genetics, I now understand these to be genetic adaptations — patterns that can be reversed.
My neurodivergent brain is highly eccentric, intuitive, and creative. What blocked my flow was not my brain itself, but the constraints of the default 3D reality — a physiological manifestation of generational baggage, emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs.

Physiological Point of View
It was, at its core, an energy imbalance.
Energy wasn’t fully reaching key parts of my brain:
• The frontal and prefrontal cortex
• The bonding and reward-processing centers
This led to:
• Struggles with Analytical Thinking, Reading, Writing, and Comprehension
• Difficulties with Mathematics, Planning, Organization, and Visualisation
• Memory loss, forgetfulness, and poor concentration
• Stress in daily functions like Driving, Studying, and Information Analysis
• Executive Function Disorder
My brain felt chaotic — like a child’s — constantly worried, overthinking, expecting the worst.
Autism added further stress, and the daily emotional load a neurodivergent person carries is far greater than that of a neurotypical individual.
Scientifically, I was experiencing:
• Shrinkage in my Hippocampus
• Imbalance in the behaviour of the Amygdala, heightening stress and
• Brain Fog
• Poor Runtime Memory, which affected information storage and retrieval
The chaos was very real — and physiological.
But so is healing.

My Breathwork Journey
Our brains are capable of rewiring. Since December 2023, I’ve been practicing Breathwork daily. Through this, my Childhood and Adulthood Traumas, Generational Wounds, and Limiting Beliefs began surfacing. I was ready to release them as I was tired of living in helplessness.
I always knew my brain was incredibly creative, filled with ideas and potential. But Executive Function Disorder made it hard to act on them.
As my nervous system began to relax, a new calmness entered my life.
For the first time, I could feel peace.
This inner peace gave me the clarity to:
• Study and research again
• Recognise that I function best when aligned with my passions and curiosity
• Reignite my motivation and focus
• Quiet the mental noise — the thousands of thoughts per second I used to experience
• Return to my love for psychology, quantum physics, and neuroscience
Now, my:
• Planning and organisational skills
• Focus and concentration
• Presence of mind
...have all improved drastically.

The Reason we Neurodivergent have low Runtime Memory is because of the Intense fight-o-flight our Runtime memory is split heavily towards our Threat Management functions to keep us safe from the Emotional Threat, it is the result of the configuration we adapted from our parents and childhood & Adulthood Traumas.
Now, The ability to be present feels natural, and the discomfort I once felt while trying to concentrate is gone. I am getting more and more to follow my passions and dreams from a place of Inner ease.

Benefits of Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation
For neurodivergent individuals, the path can take longer — but the breakthroughs are even more profound.
My:
• Creativity
• Innovative thinking
• Planning capabilities
...are thriving.
As we regulate our nervous systems, we begin attracting alignment and synchronicities.
However, this work requires sustained effort. Inner work isn’t a shortcut — it’s a transformation.

Physical Benefits
Once we shift our nervous system from survival to safety, the body reactivates its natural healing functions.
• Hair growth resumes
• Cells regain their vitality
• Joy and energy return
• Smiling feels natural again
Happiness is our birthright — only blocked by generational, childhood, and adulthood trauma.
From my experience, inner work can completely transform our lives, creating the alignment and breakthroughs we long for.
When you create safety in your physiology, your body begins to support you in powerful ways.

The Deeper Truth About Trauma and Neurodivergence
From my journey, I’ve come to understand that ADHD and Autism are deeply connected to generational trauma.
The stress, anxiety, and emotional disconnection experienced by my parents shaped my early brain development.
As energy began to flow back into my hypothalamus and hippocampus, I found that I could now easily do what once caused me stress., New Learning Neuropathways are created, and I am experiencing an Inner Ease and Joy in day-to-day functioning.
