Confronting Reality: Escaping the Trap of Narcissism and Self-Delusion
From Delusion to Self-Awareness: Steps to Confronting Reality and Changing Your Life

- Stop thinking in contradictions.
- Humanity needs to treat reality with its actual reality status.
- We should begin to recognize people’s actual presence instead of acting for their unrealness.
- View all things in their actual importance.
- Humanity must cease its behavior that denies the natural existence of authentic truth.
- Modern society should cease treating morality like right and wrong decisions do not truly exist.
- Belief in your ability to escape punishment should stop so you can conduct yourself with unfeeling detachment.
- You should never accept feelings or thoughts that deliver contradictory or delusional information about what constitutes THE TRUTH since you can set any truth you want to be correct.
- People should not trust their delusional perceptions because they possess the power to choose reality arbitrarily.
- Focus your attention away from your personal belly-button introspection and turn it instead toward analyzing the emotions of others as well as your influence on their feelings.
- Whenever difficulties emerge, you should investigate your actions before considering others.
- Your authentic nature deserves your intact recognition to become more fragmented while also gaining freedom to alter your face according to situations and individuals for successful deception.
- Remain disloyal to the principle ‘do as thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.’
- Devote energy toward creating sense for how you appear to both yourself and people around you.
- The frequency with which you wonder about the possibility of being mistaken keeps increasing.
- You should analyze your memories from a historical perspective to observe all the harm you created during your life.
- Develop a righteous process of self-criticism through Scriptural principles instead of unfounded self-attacks such as narcissistic faulty criticism. Seek authentic objective standards to condemn yourself and abstain from using your deceptive beliefs or societal or parental beliefs to judge your morality.
- Believe that all actions lead to a response which means sadistic behavior results in mysterious negative consequences returning to yourself.
- You should make an effort to grasp real events instead of persistently removing them through denial and avoidance or non-engagement.
- Keep that everyone should receive genuine truth from you.
- You need to recognize that others possess fundamental equality when it comes to treatment without discrimination.
- Your understanding should begin with principles and you must identify the ones which match righteousness and Godliness and then surrender to them.
- Avoid walking away from unpleasant situations since putting up with them is better than continuously exiting every uncomfortable experience.
- Whatever catches your negative attention is not automatically stupid since possibly you are the stupid one rather than the object of your criticism.
- Look up Google images of shallowness to create a definition list for self-evaluation then compare it to your traits without assuming incorrect judgments and get someone else to validate.
- Never force your assumptions onto them before they can determine their personal character.
- Believe that self exists as a real being with accountability while knowing it has two forms: either through honorable conduct of right people or through treacherous non-accountable actions of mask wearers who use anonymity to remain underhanded.
- Believe that wrongdoing converts someone into a bad person and bad individuals must actively pursue forgiveness and victim compensation that satisfies victims.
- Bad people who avoid seeking forgiveness or compensation should be recognized as wicked because evil surpasses simple mistakes while wickedness represents joy in wrongdoing.
- You begin to fear that everything which escaped exposure will eventually find you in the future.
Everyone except the narcissist fails to mend their condition which includes both themselves and all possible external fixers including God therapists family and society. They neither benefit from incarceration nor sensitivity workshops nor kindergarten training (or my assumption) according to my understanding.
Society cannot provide a solution for dealing with the issue of narcissism.
There exists one cure for narcissists yet the painful medicine reminds them of caustic soda so they will not accept it.
30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ [a]This is the first commandment.
31 And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
