Hi . I would like to talk about anxiety. So anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. A lot of people has suffering anxiety. Sometimes anxiety starts of stress about exams, job interwiev, questioning , have a fear of something. There is a lot of reasons why anxiety can start. It can also start with family problems, phychological problems, school problems or bullying problems..
WHAT TO DO IF I HAVE ANXIETY?
At first of all you have to know your anxiety level (you can see it in the beggining picture) If your level is 1 or 2
1. Try to do something you like (sports,painting, reading, go out with friends, cooking) or try to find what would you like to do.
2. Try to talk with your family . They will give you some advices how to suffer from this, but not everyone has a good family, some people have strict parents so if you scared to talk with them ,maybe you have a friend can you talk with but also be carrefull with who you talk because people can be really rude and make fun after you talk about your problems. Don't be scared if you can't talk with someone ...
3 . There are a lot of help centers where you can call and talk to them privatelly. Maybe they will help you and give you advices.
If your level is 3,4 and 5
1. Try to go to psychologist and talk with them they will help you a lot and give you advices. You can tell about who hurt you, who is stressing you out.
2. Maybe try some medicine who can stop your stress. If those medications can't help you try go to psychologist and they will give you better medicine
3. Also try what is written in one and two level

WHAT ANXIETY CAN LOOK LIKE
Anxiety can look really different. Even the happy person can have anxiety because you never know what's going on in another people life.
1. Sometimes people are zooning out because they think what's wrong with them, why those things are happening to them and a lot of thinking things.
2. Some people are fidgeting or biting skin and nails of stress or loneliness and o lof of other things. Trying to calm their self doing this.
3. Sometimes people can feel shortness of breath you can see that they are touching their chest or they can tell you that they are feeling like out of breath.
4. Loss of appetite or a big appetite.
5. Overthinking. People can start give you a questions like- why are you friends with me? Are you talking behind my back? Because they are worried . People can start thinking that you are using them . Don't let them think this!

Some people can say anxiety is not even a problem, you just dramatizing things, what's wrong with you? , stop stressing it's not even a problem.
At first anxiety is problem if they say you are dumb because you have anxiety , please don't listen to them because they don't understand or never had problems like this or also people can have anxiety and they just acting that they don't understand you.
If parents are reading this I want say this- NEVER SAY THINGS LIKE IT'S NOT A PROBLEM . YOU NEVER CAN KNOW WHAT YOUR KID HAS SUFFERED FROM . SUPPORT HIM AND HELP HIM.
