ADDICTIVE FOODS AND HEALTH
How addictive food effect to the health.

Most of us have a laid back attitude when it comes to painting a picture about ourselves. That is why we consume food called addictive. These products include exercise stimulant drinks (they come in cans and look like cola), flavored aerated drinks, tobacco, betel nut, betel leaf, strong coffee, strong tea, Ma Huang (a compound like epidermis consumed in China) and alcohol.
Before getting into why we should not consume these products, I would like to elaborate with the question of why we consume them in the first place.
No one is unaware that such over-consumed products can seriously harm our body. But it is still difficult for us to oppose them. The need to eat stimulant foods is a simple human weakness that has been around for years: humans (and many animals) have always been engaged in foods that have some kind of emotional high.
Clinically, this means a rapid heartbeat, slight sweating, blockage of the pupils of the eye, hot flashes of the face, and increased sensitivity, concentration, and cognition.
These higher senses die within a few hours, and we feel inferior without being heard. This again creates a craving for that food. There we go around in a circle.
The physiology of addiction are as follows:
When you eat an addictive food, it stimulates a hormone-like hormone at the end of your nerve, which triggers a blizzard of similar stimulant substances and gives you a superior experience. When the fluid near the nerves is depleted, you enter a lower state, which leads you to crave that food again. This yo-yo stage of nerve stimulation and degeneration leads to an addictive pattern.
Consumption of addictive foods is one of the oldest unhealthy eating habits, despite a revolution in health science; It shows no sign of dying.
Find below some additives and their side effects.
Alcohol Addiction: Erosion of stomach and intestinal lining, liver damage, nutritional deficiency.
Tobacco: Erosion of gum and tongue can lead to cancer of the buccaneer mucous.
Betel nut: Leads to the discoloration of teeth, erosion of the lining of the mouth, and cancer of the mouth and upper tract. It also leads to heart problems among people who already have a weak heart.
Ma Huang: It contains ephedrine and leads to heart problems.
Aerated drinks: High doses of caffeine.
Caffeine and Xanthippe: Found in tea, coffee. These become harmful only in very high doses; don't consume more than five cups a day.
Mixed drug reactions: People who consume medications for the heart, hypertension and asthma have to be very careful about the interactions of the drugs with stimulant foods, as mixing the two can be fatal. After years of experience, all doctors know how difficult it is to break the food addictions of their patients. So like them, I can only advise a good compromise. If you can't break the addiction, then at least you should practice moderation.
