Photograph: mine
The first moment I saw
The woman I love
She was dancing in the air
Wrapped in flowing panels of colourful polyester
Tensile strength carefully calculated
Engineered for dynamic force
There is an algorithm girls are taught in early days
A trusty equation to snag a dude
I am tired of waiting for princes
But Disney did not instruct me how to captivate a queen
Is this what men feel?
I thought anxiety was flaring
Annoying and persistent
Instead; Desire’s chasm
Quicksand is an apt metaphor
To be swallowed whole by crystalline grains
Microscopic facets
Drowning in glittering particles
Of my devotion
About the Creator
Aspen Marie
In love with life and all of its foibles.

This is beautiful and a perfect (I'm sure) tribute to the woman in the photograph. That photograph is absolutely stunning too. I am left wondering the how of it though, ha! Well-wrought, Aspen (or is it Marie?) or do you prefer, Aspen Marie. Happy to be directed in the right direction :)
You have written fascinatingly, and the way you have expressed is outstanding. Good luck.
That's such a stunning photo and your poem was so beautifully written!
Very poignant and beautiful! All of this really resonated with me. Great job!
