According to Lago, Sizemore was at his LA home around 2 AM Saturday when he experienced the brain aneurysm and collapsed onto the floor, where he was found unconscious. 911 was called, and EMS responded and then transported him to a local hospital, where he was listed as in critical condition.

Unraveling Consciousness
It was dark and cold as I pulled the blanket high up over my head. I closed my eyes. A translucent, veiny sac in my mind's eye breathed as my body breathed, moved as my body moved. My body became a body, no defining characteristics, no personality, no attachment or need other than to breathe. The self detached, a solid orb circling a sac as it drew in oxygen. Something else noticed the self and how it built walls, how it denied itself love and reached into the void for abstract answers.

In the same week Germany legalised the recreational use of cannabis, the British police decided to change their approach to the 'war on drugs' by targeting users instead. Although I can see the logic behind this idea (especially for Class-A's), I fear it will only criminalise cannabis users, especially disabled people like me, who use it for medical purposes. One in five people in the U.K has a hidden disability, ninety per cent of which do not require a wheelchair. I just know that we will be the ones targeted first - the vulnerable. We always are, and the British state has forever had that attitude towards disabled people. Easy targets.

Getting On
The Wait The waiting is really the hardest part even harder than getting the cash together, harder than working out the dollar to cone ratio. It was bearable if you had a car and none of your dealer’s overly suspicious neighbours called the cops because there was a strange car full of people just parked up. But just sitting there waiting doing nothing, every minute took ten. This I think is compounded by the psychological addiction issues. While going hand in hand the two situations rub up against each other. Every three minutes there would be an exasperated muttering “Come on fuck ya”! There were some choice expletives thrown about as the clock dragged. Even worse was when the driver went in and farted around for however long and then had the audacity to come back stoned!
