There are reasons why you should smoke weed daily, and then there are reasons you shouldn't. It's all about pacing, knowing your body, and understanding the limitations of marijuana use (whether by your own system's standards, or the actual standard). In my personal experience, I have never felt nor even witnessed a weed hangover, but they are real and can happen to anyone (even myself). How Weed Affects Our Dreams
As deeper and more embedded research unlocks the secrets in the marijuana plant itself, insight into how weed consumption affects our dreams have been greatly explored. What most of these studies have come to show, however, is that cannabis may actually reduce the likelihood for one to have a dream, more accurately put: marijuana limits an individual’s REM sleep. Thanks to the 2008 study, we now know that heavy marijuana use does, in fact, disturb one's natural sleep cycle. This is what is necessary for one to even have a dream in the first place: Rapid Eye Movement requires a person to be in a very deep and natural slumber.

Marijuana is a drug that does both harm and good. As for harm, it decreases motivation in addicts who smoke too much. Second-hand smoke can give people around the smoker contact highs, but it can also give people with HIV appetites or people with cancer who feel nauseated from chemo more of an appetite. The use of cannabis and cannabinoids are what gives marijuana its medicinal value. Marijuana can cause dizziness, tiredness, throwing up, and hallucinations. Few studies have been done on the long-term use of marijuana. More research needs to be done by the medical establishment.
