Dilemmas With My Dealer
One thing legal states don't have to worry about is dealers. Dispensaries usually have knowledgeable staff, who all take great pride in their work. On the other hand, with dealers you have to keep in mind it's one person. With it only being one person vs a business, you run into a completely different set of issues. One common issue is they don't have standard business hours. They get you when they can and hopefully it's not before you run completely out. They do enjoy their personal lives as well. They may be out of town, they may be busy, or they may have simply run out. All these issues could be stopped by opening a convenient location to get your cannabis and cannabis accessories.

Yeah, I Smoke Pot... So?
Hello, my name is Windi and I am what some of you would call a stoner, but I prefer to be called a cannabis patient, cannabis connoisseur , cannabis enthusiast, cannabis advocate, cannabis consultant, cannabis lifestylist, but stoner doesn’t offend me one bit because yes, I smoke pot and am very proud of it. It has saved my life and the lives of others that I love dearly. I have been around pot all my life. I have memories of being a joint passer as a small child at parties. I remember dad handing me the joint and telling me to go take it to so and so, but don’t smoke it. No big surprise that my parents divorced when I was eight. Then I got this period of straight edge normalcy for my impressionable years; thank you mom for giving me some kind of parental guidance because life got a bit weird after I left.

High on Something Greater
The role of drugs in certain religious traditions cannot be overstated as a necessary part of ritual practice, yet certain American laws prevent the legality of specific psychedelic drugs in such religious traditions. Drugs such as caffeine and alcohol are largely present in American religious traditions, whereas drugs such as LSD, marijuana, and peyote are strictly forbidden from legal use in religious rites or recreation. Drugs in America, specifically marijuana and LSD, played a significant role in the 1960s counterculture and spiritualist movement. The case of Employment Division v Smith was also a starting point for a series of debates on the legality of peyote in Native American religious practice. The implications from this case brought upon a series of discussions about the nature of religious experience, the distinction between divine law and governmental law, and the justification for governmental restrictions on religious practices.

A Journey with Marijuana
I never used to smoke marijuana, because when I did, it made me eat everything in the house, and then pass out on the sofa. I couldn't remember anything, not even a recipe that I had made hundreds of times, so I would sit and stare and let my mind wander off to far places, both real and imagined.

Mommy and Mary Jane Prt. 1
The recent legalizing of marijuana has allowed me to start writing about my experiences in parenting with and without. My sons are 7 and 5, they both have autism and this is been a wild ride!! For this blog I will refer to them as my space monkeys. They are the most rad kids in the world, now as I say that, please know they can also be assholes. Yes my sons have special needs, that doesn't stop their asshole moments.

The Fallacy of Reality
Grinning from ear to ear, Gigi expertly fixed the device to my novice hands and showed me how to hit a bong. My learning curve was hardly there as I quickly mastered it. "Go! Go! Go! Go!" They all yelled, cheering me like a rookie champ. My ego got the best of me and I inhaled deeply, thinking, I can handle it. I'll get high but after this, they will shut the hell up and let me and my buzz alone. I should've stopped while I was ahead but I didn't know what I was getting myself into. Gigi and her friends sat in a semi-circle on the carpeted floor of her apartment, egging me on to smoke, knowing I wasn't a smoker but also knowing that I was faded from Jungle Juice. It was much easier for me to say yes to some cannabis.
