Blue Margarita

It is no doubt that if you see a blue cocktail, you’ll be aware of it and wonder how it tastes. Most blue cocktails are made with blue curaçao, which goes well with spirits such as vodka, tequila, gin, or rum.

Better ask for an AMF because the nasty name for this cocktail is Adios Motherfucker. It is an interesting medley of spirits, the faster to get you passed out, but you can always give it a try. The drink consists of vodka, gin, tequila, rum, and blue curacao. A splash of sour mix and cola and it packs a walloping punch.

Take a sip of Blue Bayou and hear Roy Orbison sing the song of the same name in your mind. This cocktail is a mix of blue curacao, grapefruit juice, and pineapple for a fruity tropical flavor.

Blue Hawaiian is a tropical drink to remind you of Hawaii and swaying palm trees as you sip. This is a smooth cocktail with a creamy texture. It is a combination of blue curacao, rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream. It is served up with a pineapple wedge and cherry.

Blue Lagoon will have you dreaming of drifting beneath willow trees growing along a lagoon. This cocktail is a mix of vodka, blue curacao, and lemonade. It makes a tangy and refreshing drink in an electric blue color. The cocktail is served in a tall glass with a lemon wheel garnish.

Blue Margarita is something you might never have thought of, but give it a try. (pictured above) It is your usual margarita with a touch of blue curacao. It is a good substitute for triple sec or Cointreau.

Blue Radler brings together blue curacao with a light lager or wheat beer and lemonade. It makes for a tangy and refreshing beverage with a bit of sweetness. Truly a drink for the beach or an outdoor gathering with vibrant blue color.

Blue Vodka Coconut Cocktail is a delightful combination of vodka, the sweetness of coconut cream, and blue curacao. It makes you think of all things tropical with every sip. The drink is served in a chilled glass garnished with a pineapple wedge or coconut flakes.

Chi-Chi is just what it sounds like: a really fun cocktail. This is a frozen cocktail blending blue curacao, cream of coconut, and fresh pineapple juice with a shot of vodka and a scoop of ice cream. Let the sun shine in.

Diamond Blue makes me think of a jazzy kind of song or an incredibly shiny gem. This cocktail mixes up vodka, blue curacao, and a splash of citrus. It all comes out in a vibrant blue hue. The cocktail is served in a chilled martini glass with a lemon garnish, making it look so elegant.

Drunken Mermaid is an unusual drink because I’ve never even thought of a mermaid getting drunk, have you? This blue cocktail is a mix of rum, blue curacao, coconut rum, and a splash of pineapple juice. It creates quite a tropical symphony, sending you on a dreamy journey to the sand and sea. Just great for a beach getaway.

Jellyfish is for those who love surprising cocktails. This is a layered drink with vodka, blue curacao, and sambuca, topped off with a cream float. Stir gently and see the white and blue swirls combine.

Looking at Electric Lemonade in a glass in vibrant blue makes you want to touch it to see if you’ll get a zap. It is an electrifying drink combination with vodka, blue curacao, lemonade, and a splash of lemon-lime soda. The cocktail is refreshing and is served over ice in a tall glass with a lemon wheel garnish.

Mermaid Lemonade makes you think of mermaids dancing upon the waves with every sip. It is a refreshing combination of vodka, blue curacao, lemonade, and a splash of soda water. It is served over ice with a lemon slice garnish.

If you don’t want to upset your neighbors, then have the drink instead named Sex in the Driveway. This seductive-sounding cocktail combines vodka, peach schnapps, blue curacao, and lemon-lime soda. It is served in a highball glass with a lemon wheel garnish.
