You were once a stranger,
A person unknown,
But now you've become,
A part of my home.

I remember the first time,
Our paths intertwined,
A chance encounter,
That forever defined.

There was something different,
About you I could tell,
A spark in your eyes,
And a heart that swelled.

As time went on,
And we got to know more,
Our friendship developed,
Into something worth fighting for.

And now here we stand,
With a bond so strong,
You were once a stranger,
But now you belong.

For in this crazy world,
It's rare to find,
A soul like yours,
That brings peace to the mind.

So let's cherish this moment,
And cheers to the past,
You were once a stranger,
But a friend to the last.
