You Touched Me

Your Love

By LaQuele FrazierPublished 3 years ago Updated 3 years ago 1 min read

Your love,

sweet

like ripened pomegranate

bursting on the tongue.

Symphonic

like the intro to Atomic Peace.

I am utterly lost in the wonderland

of Alice’s harp.

And soft,

your love is,

like tender kisses,

your plump lips

on the nape of my neck.

Seductively fragrant

like the scent of gardenia

blowing through the summer air.

Pleasing to the eye,

a work of Gods art

is your love.

I stand staring

into the museum of you.

Your love is other worldly

and I am intuitively drawn

into your meditative bliss.

Again

& again

& again…
