You’re Not Failing, You’re Healing
On feeling lost, learning to rest, and blooming in your own time

You are not broken, only paused.
Sometimes life softens to a whisper,
and the spark you used to carry
feels distant, quiet, unsure of its place.
You wake up and wonder
how long you’ve been moving without really going anywhere.
The days blur,
and even the things you used to love
feel far away.
But this stillness isn’t punishment.
It’s a pause.
A space between heartbeats.
A moment meant to teach you how to listen again.
You don’t need to leap.
Just shift.
One small thing.
Drink some water. Step into the light.
Open a window and breathe, really breathe.
You are not meant to carry the whole mountain today.
Only a pebble.
Only this one breath.
Let yourself want again.
Even if it feels messy,
even if you’re not sure what that want is yet.
Start where you are,
even if where you are feels like nowhere.
You are not lazy.
You are healing.
You are not lost.
You are simply on a path that doesn’t have a name yet.
It is okay to speak aloud what aches.
You don’t need to do this alone.
Let someone in,
even just a little.
Let their voice remind you of your own.
And when the fog begins to lift
even slightly,
follow the tiniest flicker of light.
It will be enough.
You were never meant to stay stuck.
You were meant to rise.
To move.
To bloom in your own strange, beautiful rhythm.
So let the world shift around you.
Let the wind carry what it must.
Let the weight fall when it’s ready.
You are not here to be perfect.
You are here to become.
