I am growing
I am learning
I have grown

That’s no longer about me
But about who I am
Who I decide to be
Not worrying about pleasing everyone
But instead
Pleasing my voice within
That’s the one I have to follow
The emotion emerging
From inside of me
When something doesn’t feel quite right
Listen and stand for that voice
That voice is you
And if you deny it
You’re denying
Your value
Your worth
You’re denying your voice
Instead we do what others do
And what they want us to do
For that is what we all do
Until we finally awaken to our truth
The Truth of possibility
The Truth that you are not your past
You are not society
You are not FEAR
You are You
Free and Loved
With a gift that must be shared
That gift is You
You being You

The Devil's Triangle
The sails ruffled in the breeze as we cruised along. The Sea Breeze was a mid-size catamaran that sailed out of Royal Naval Dockyard in Bermuda. We had booked this trip weeks in advance and were now looking at our Captain, Spike and two boat hands. Paddy and Wilson seemed like nice guys, joking around with the passengers and telling us some stories about Bermuda that only locals would know. Their island accents sounded almost British but they were pleasant to listen to.
