You don't hear me

You're yelling so I'm yelling.

I honestly don't know who started yelling first,

But I'm yelling.

And somehow you're still not hearing me,

and somehow the argument has become

who can be louder than who

Because at this point,

I'm just spewing bullshit.

The same bullshit you're throwing at me,

the same bullshit that comes up every argument,

every fight

We can't hear each other because we're so loud we can only hear ourselves

We can't hear each other because we care more about speaking, than we care to listen.
