You are my fiction when you are away
Living your true life where time lacks a friend
It may read like a moderate cliché
A reality in need of a mend
How long can such a measured fiction last
In a world where life tends to change hourly
Did you digest the latest viral cast
Opinions and lies standing dourly
A part of you is my reality
’Tis tiny and tinier like a lung
Yet ’tis larger than my family tree
But not tall enough or strong to be hung
I do not need mercy for my lost soul
I often feel it under your left sole
About the Creator
