You are liberated in yourself, you are complete in yourself

A poem about the self

By Matthew A LamPublished 3 years ago 3 min read

More and more modern people have psychological and spiritual problems, they try all kinds of methods, such as seeing a psychiatrist, taking psychotropic drugs, or taking up the path of spiritual practice, they have only one purpose, which is to seek liberation.

This is a kind of cognitive barrier. In this world, no one needs to be liberated, because everyone is liberated and complete in itself.

Whence the self-nature, which is pure in itself; whence the self-nature, which is not born or destroyed; whence the self-nature, which is sufficient in itself; whence the self-nature, which is unshaken; whence the self-nature, which is capable of giving birth to all dharmas?

You are pure in yourself, you are liberated in yourself, and you are complete in yourself.

The reason you do not experience the joy and peace of purity, liberation, and perfection is that you listen to your brain, you are controlled by your thinking, and you are thoroughly identified with your thinking.

Thinking is your false self, and as long as there is a false self, it will cover up the original self, so you cannot experience the joy and peace of purity, liberation, and perfection.

You don't need to think, you don't need to analyze and judge and define everything, because everything is essentially emptiness.

If you analyze and define everything, you will destroy the original nature of everything and make it deviate from its original path.

All people and all things are complete and sufficient in themselves, and they are all the presentation of self-nature. If you do not see the complete and sufficient phase, it only means that there are delusions in your thinking, and there are distinctions +.

All problems are created by thinking, because there are no problems in this world itself, and there are no problems to be solved.

The so-called problems you see outside are not problems, they are just projections of your thinking, they are all just dream bubbles.

If you see all the phases that are not phases, you will see the Buddha.

Try to block your thinking and be present in the present moment, and see if there is still suffering. You will find that your heart is very quiet and peaceful, and at this moment, you are in the state of liberation, you are in the state of perfection, and you are the Buddha.

So if you want to return to the state of Kṛṣṇa, isn't it very simple, just turn off your mind, even if you can't, don't identify with it, don't take it seriously.

After every time a voice of thinking comes out to disturb you, you can tell yourself over and over again that thinking is an illusion.

After a long period of deliberate training, you will gradually stop identifying with your thinking, and you won't even need it anymore.

Some of you may ask, if you don't need to think, then how do you want to live? I have to deal with people, I have to work, I have to bring up my children, I can't use my mind, I can't do things without using my mind.

If you turn off your thinking, you can hear your inner wisdom, because once you turn off your thinking, you are in a state of presence, and presence is a link to higher dimensional wisdom.

Thinking constantly will not only make your life better but will make you more and more tired.

Unexpected, unbelievable, unbelievable these idioms, have not long told us the truth.

So we need to know how to open our minds so that we can better face the world and deal with their own lives, go!
