Pitter patter, pitter patter, down goes the pouring rain,

The smell of the storm in the air, the grey uncertainty, the pain,

Drip drop, drip drop, down the windowsill,

The unleashing of the downfall, the thunder proclaims the will,

Anxious thoughts within the atmosphere, the withheld, prolonged grief,

Yearn for liberation, cry out for relief!

Place your hand upon your chest, check your heart for life,

With constant woes throughout the day, the continuation of strife,

Pitter patter, pitter patter, the meekness of a dove,

The blocking of your essence, the hindrance of your love,

Drip drop, drip drop, hindered ability to perform,

When all within your deepest being swirls around like a raging storm…
