Winning

Glass Half Empty

By Earl W. PearlPublished 3 years ago Updated 3 years ago 1 min read

When I hear “You’re a winner” I answer, “That’s bull”

I’m a failure who’s always a flop

I still see my own glass as it being half full

And all projects I’m handed, I drop

I’m greatly encouraged I have to confess

Tho my failures forever won’t stop

Since we learn from our failures way more than success

By tomorrow I should be on top
