A flash of red as shiny as a soft leather glove.

Two souls who crossed over on the wings of a white dove.
Are looking down at you with proud delight.

Written in honor of my parents, who passed away 22 months apart both in the winter time around significant life events for me and my family. They were the loves of my life, and there is not a day that goes by that I don't think of them. Yet, when I see a Cardinal, I know it's them sending me love and encouragement.
