Wildfire

I am the houses he burned down

By Cassiie EtiennePublished 6 years ago 1 min read

I want to know your story so I can make them mine, tell me your worries so I can set them free. Let me know all your secrets so I can cover them all during sleepless nights.

He feels like wildfire. "why?", I asked him, he says that I am the houses he burned down. I am the wind that fuels him.

He says, "You are the earth, wind, water and air that made me!" I was the moon and stars that lit his way. I was the missing piece. Nothing satisfied him until he met me.

How long will that take, is this forever? Do you want this forever?

Because since you, you have been every part of my story, you make me feel like fire dancing in the wind.

About the Creator

Cassiie Etienne

28 years old. I have been writing for as long as I could remember. For some reason writing was the only way I could express myself when I was younger and it still is one of the best ways I express myself.
