Life is inevitably filled with helplessness, unavoidable realities, outcomes contrary to our expectations, and unattainable pursuits, all of which can leave us mentally and physically exhausted.

When we are actually experiencing these things, they can be incredibly painful and agonizing. Yet, once we get through them, we often realize they weren't as difficult as they seemed.

Often, these experiences simply serve to help us grow and mature, enabling us to face the rest of our lives more effectively.

In fact, life is never a smooth journey, nor is it always utterly terrible; the good and the bad are intertwined—this is the natural order.

Everyone desires happiness and joy. But if everyone were carefree, who would truly understand, care for, and cherish what they have?

Everyone hopes for happiness and fulfillment. If everyone got what they wanted effortlessly, who would be willing to try, strive, and put in the effort?

Therefore, it is precisely because of these hardships and setbacks that life becomes so wonderful; those unexpected surprises and moments of unexpected warmth give us something profound to look forward to.

If things feel truly difficult, why not change your perspective and attitude, and face life head-on? Life is so short, and no matter how helpless you feel, it will eventually come to an end.
