Remember, you yourself are a luxury.

Your time, your attention, and your energy are all high-value resources. Not just anyone can come and go as they please; not just anyone can get close. Being able to reach you is a privilege, not a perk for everyone.

You are not a convenience store, nor a public facility. No one can take your time and emotions for granted, just because they smile at you.

The person who truly deserves you will treat you with care and consideration, will cherish your presence, and will be happy to receive even a small amount of attention from you.

If they cannot appreciate and respect you, then they do not deserve to be near you.

Many women shrink themselves into insignificant people, acting as if only gentleness, thoughtfulness, easygoingness, understanding, and a good temper are worthy of love. And what's the result? Few truly cherish you; many, however, take advantage of you.

It's not that you're not good enough; it's that you’ve forgotten your own value.

You are high-class, limited edition, and unique—not a discounted item, nor a free sample. You are not someone to be tested, compared, or used and discarded.

Refuse when you should, say no if you don't like something, and let the other person go if they don't appreciate you.

Stop giving your attention to those who are ungrateful and don't know how precious you are. Your energy is your currency. Don't spend it all on unworthy people, only to be left disappointed.

Everyone who enters your life should be grateful. The warmth, companionship, and love you give are luxuries.

Therefore, practice "high-value self-esteem."

Don't fawn, don't compromise, and don't lower yourself to gain even a little recognition. You don't need to grovel for a relationship, and you shouldn't doubt yourself because someone doesn't love you.

Even if you lack confidence in your appearance or in life right now, believe in your own value first. When you recognize your own worth, your aura will make the world take notice.

You deserve to be treated with the utmost care, you deserve respect and love, and you deserve the relationships you truly desire. Not everyone deserves you, and you should never lower yourself to the level of anyone else.
