Where Once Were Two

A Nonet Challenge Poem

By Natasja RosePublished 2 years ago 1 min read

Where once there were two, now stands but one

Broken heart bleeding, cold and numb

One soul remains, half missing,

One half gone far away,

Death took one too soon

One remembers,

Eternal

In my

Heart

The heart break and grief are vividly portrayed. So very sorry for your loss.

I'm guessing your twin? I can't imagine the pain of that.
