Where Longing Meets Belonging

Where Longing Meets Belonging

Verse 1

In the silence of the night, I hear your name,

A whisper carried on the wind, it feels the same.

Longing drifts across the distance, soft and true,

Belonging finds its home when I’m with you.

Chorus

Where longing meets belonging, hearts entwine,

Where desire meets need, your soul is mine.

In the sacred fire, love’s eternal sign,

Between a man and woman, it becomes divine.

Verse 2

Every shadow fades when your hand touches mine,

Every broken dream restored by love’s design.

Desire is not hunger, but a holy flame,

Need is not weakness, but a vow we claim.

Chorus

Where longing meets belonging, hearts entwine,

Where desire meets need, your soul is mine.

In the sacred fire, love’s eternal sign,

Between a man and woman, it becomes divine.

Bridge

We rise beyond the body, beyond the flesh and bone,

Two spirits woven tightly, never left alone.

In surrender we discover, in devotion we are free,

Love is the altar, and you are home to me.

Final Chorus

Where longing meets belonging, hearts entwine,

Where desire meets need, your soul is mine.

In the sacred fire, love’s eternal sign,

Between a man and woman, it becomes divine.

Outro

So let the heavens witness, let the stars align,

Our love is sacred, eternal, and divine.
