"When My Tears Wet the Page"
A poem describing what happens when I write.

I write when joy dances in my chest, when laughter comes like morning dew.
I write in storms and stillness, in celebration and lament.
I write when sorrow is intense, persistent, and asking for space.
I write when the world feels whole, and when it is falling apart.
I write when my pen is full, and my paper waits on my desk.
I write when my tears wet the page. I do not stop. I do not stall. I press on— because the pain is holy, and my words are my sacrificial offering.
I write because I must— because the page listens when no one else does.
I write when the ink smears and the parchment curls beneath the weight of my tears.
I write because the result is my sacred confession.
