Ding-dong—who’s there?
Footsteps vanish in thin air.
Little feet sprint, laughter flies,
A mystery left in disguise.
Ding-dong, a second round,
Peek outside—no one’s around!
Kids hide giggling down the street,
Outrunning echoes, swift and fleet.
Ding-dong!—the third time’s a charm,
But they’re gone again, no harm.
Just a game they love to play,
Leaving smiles, then dart away.

This is fun.
How beautifully rhythmic you've crafted the words, I smiled with the mischievous children reading this!😆✨💕
Love this one. When we used to do that as kids, my friends and I, the people behind the doors were not nearly as understanding as you ha! Loved this!
It felt melodic! So beautiful ❤❤✨
