What Is The Price Of Being Saved

Self

By Kelli Sheckler-AmsdenPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

I wanted you to save me, but I couldn’t let you save me, because to let you save me, meant - I had to let you in.

***

In to let you see me, but I couldn’t let you see me, because if you really saw me - You’d be underneath my skin

***

Part of my existence inside my own decisions, driving my souls ambitions - till every part of me was gone.

***

Which in turn makes me connected, until I was rejected, leaving my heart and soul dissected - and in need of being saved.

***

Does any part of your world stop when I approach?

***

no?

I didn’t think so
