What If We Kissed At The Brutalist McDonald’s?

a poem

By Aaron MorrisonPublished 10 months ago 1 min read

Abandoned

Hand in hand

We seek shelter beneath the gray

You press your lips to mine

I reciprocate

Transactional

No moisture

Nothing blossoms as always

So we wait

Gaunt

And afraid to be alone

Nice work...but you're not really my type (and I prefer the Art Nouveau KFC)!
