Weird & Illogical

A Poem for the Full Moon

In the darkness of the night,

I found myself in a crazy dream,

Where the world was turned upside down,

And all logic was lost, it seemed.

I wandered through a landscape of confusion,

Where nothing made sense and I was lost.

I saw things that shouldn't be possible,

And heard voices that shouldn't exist.

The dream was so bizarre and twisted,

That I found myself questioning my own sanity.

Was I going crazy? Had I lost my mind?

Or was this dream just a product of my wild imagination?

I tried to escape from the dream,

But it seemed to have a hold on me.

I was trapped in its surreal world,

With no way to break free.

And as I woke up, still feeling confused,

I knew that this dream had left me dazed and bemused.

It had left me wondering what was real and what was not,

And questioning my own mental health, a lot.

But as the morning light filtered in,

I knew that the dream was over, and I was free again.

Though the memories of it still lingered in my mind,

I knew that I was safe, and all was fine.

So I let go of the confusion and the fear,

And embraced the new day, with nothing to fear.

For even the craziest of dreams can't shake me,

As long as I know that I am strong and can be me.
