I promise I'm okay

Weeping willow, tall and strong

Weeping willow, leaning over

Weeping willow, I hear you cry

Weeping willow, why are you crying?

The wind blows strong,

You sing your pleading song

You cry and moan,

Voicing pain I never could

Rain falls to the ground,

But we shed no tears

Weeping willow, leaning over

Weeping willow, bent in pain

Weeping willow, why are you crying?

Weeping willow, are you crying for me?

My heart is breaking,

Your branches are creaking

The wind is loud,

But my cry is silent

Branches reaching to the ground,

Limbs never to feel it again

Weeping willow, bent in pain

Weeping willow, silent watcher

Weeping willow, are you crying for me?

Weeping willow, my pain is gone

heartbreak
