WE SPEAK IN THE VERSES OF POETRY
Love, like music to the soul

Respond with the lyrics of a song.
Exclaim in soft-sounding cymbals.
Whistle-like flutes blown by fairies.
We sigh in monotones.
Our hearts beat like tom-tom drums.
We have violins in our breaths.
Our deity steps sound like xylophones.
We trumpet our affections with saxophones.
Our thought amplifies the sound that emits from our mouth into the microphone.
This is not a parade.
We have no need for megaphones.
Our love is music.
The world is our audience.
We sang a duet, Pibo Bryson and Anita Baker, Bobby Brown and Whitney Huston.
We have everything coming.
That is why we’re together, or is it?
Like L.L. Cool J who we love.
Omo, you don make me fall in love.
Life is beautiful.
We communicate lyrics.
Hum songs to one another.
Who will have a need for the gramophone?
We have the iPod now.
We walk as a dance.
We tango – We reggae.
Sometimes, we do the shoku and even do the salsa.
It’s shocking when we touch, the electricity transmits and the music starts.
We never end, sweet music.
Can you hear the music?
Can you make out of the sound our love makes?
We have ringtones now, we sing in tones now.
Peace in the studio – The pond is the music booth.
Peace in the pond.
What is life and love but music in the pond?
