We Need A Love Pandemic
The only way beyond is through...
Everybody's hatin',
Everybody's ragin',
Everbody's takin',
Something's gotta give.
Everybody's achin,'
Everybody's shakin',
Everybody's fakin',
Ain't no way to live.
We all gotta clue,
not one cogent solution,
We all wanna fight,
Whoa, not in a revolution!!!
Social distance,
Worldwide epidemic.
To heal our pains,
We need a LOVE pandemic.
*I wrote this during the apex of the pandemic. Although it seems we are turning the corner, we are still in need of a love pandemic. However, I feel much more hopeful than I was then.
