Walking Hand in Hand with Psychology

When you have no one, she’s the only one to lend a hand

Wherever I go, she always seems to be present –

This lady in shades of grey, beige, orange, and everything in between.

It's as if she effortlessly blends into the spectrum of colours.

And even when I look away,

I glimpse the trailing hem of her ethereal dress.

She has the audacity to speak from behind me,

Revealing things that I would have never discovered,

If I hadn't listened attentively and allowed myself to crumble.

I trail along the path of her thoughts,

It's agonizing, yet there's a semblance of meaning to it.

Deeper, grander, and more intriguing than anyone could fathom,

Hidden within the depths of the mind,

The conscious struggles to perceive it.

Emerging from the crevices of sunlight, darkness takes shape,

Swirling, mingling, mesmerizing, gripping,

No one can escape its captivating presence.

Some will use it while others will misuse it.

The concept of "learning" applies to everyone,

Although the outcomes may not be the same.

Some may require a deeper exploration of complex information

In order to fully understand it.

Everyone has to approach the subject

With a metaphorical microscope in hand.
