Unreasonably tall

Kodah’s “Strangely Art” prompt

By Carrie Published 2 years ago 1 min read

There once was a girl, tall and grand,

Whose height made her room seem too small to stand.

She'd bump her head on the ceiling so low,

And her bed felt like a tiny pillow.

But this giant girl, with her heart so kind,

Found a way to express her height,

She stretched her arms wide,

like branches of a tree,

And saw the world from a different degree.

With every step,

she left footprints so vast,

Leaving her mark on a world unsurpassed.

Her towering presence,

a sight to behold,

Inspiring others,

both young and old.

For in her giant heart,

she held no bounds,

Spreading love and kindness,

all around.

Though her room may be small,

she saw beyond the walls,

And showed us that true greatness comes from within us all.
